    Women take holy dip in Kaveri Sangam on Hariyali Amavasya

    Bengaluru. On the auspicious occasion of the Hariyali Amavasya of the month of Sawan, women from the Seervi community took a holy bath at the confluence of Sri Rangapattanam and Triveni, and performed a ceremonial ablution for Lord Mahadev.

    Ratanlal Bhayal, the Secretary of the Anekal Seervi Community, waved the green flag and sent off the bus from the Vader Bhavan.

    On this occasion, Deputy Secretary Mukhnaram and Executive Committee members Manakchand Parihar and Chhaganlal Lerrcha praised the women’s religious activities.

    In this program, Leeladevi, Mohanidevi, Pyaridevi, Taradevi, and Shayaridevi distributed food and fruits to the needy.
